Paulina piloted a business support service funded by DFID for Challenges Worldwide (CW) in northern Ghana. As Team Lead and Analyst, she helped indigenous enterprises improve operations and connected them to growth opportunities. Prior to CW, she managed a 1500-member community co-operative credit union that supported small and medium scale enterprises and households in Brong Ahafo region, growing the organization asset portfolio size by 80% worth $200,000.
At CSI, Paulina will mainly facilitate collaborations with stakeholders and partners to grow opportunities in delivering the mission of CSI
Paulina is a Business Administration graduate, an associate member in Managerial Economics and has certification in Professional Consulting from CMI UK.
