Mrs Vida Korang has BA Hons (Geography) Economics (Minor) from the University of Cape Coast, MSc in International Policy Analysis from University of Bath in the United Kingdom, Post Graduate Diploma in Organizational Development, MA in Organisational Development from University of Cape Coast, Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution and a Doctorate of Management candidate at SMCUniversity. She is also a Professional teacher with teacher’s certificate ‘A’ and Diploma in Education. She was a Girl- Child Education Project Coordinator for Ashanti and Brong Ahafo Regions in Ghana where she developed, implemented and supervised programmes towards the promotion of Girls’ Education in both regions.
She was also Regional Youth Forum Coordinator for commonwealth Africa Region of the Commonwealth Secretariat in London. The position which gave the opportunity to coordinate youth activities of the 21 Commonwealth Africa countries. She is currently a Lecturer at the catholic University College of Ghana, Facilitator in Commonwealth Executive Masters in Public Administration at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, and a Faculty advisor for ENACTUS CUCG.
She was awarded the Best Faculty Advisor for the years 2012 and 2013. As a Faculty Advisor she has supported Enactus Students in the Development and Implementation of many projects with which they were awarded as The National Champions of Enactus Ghana 2012 and 2013, Semi finalist at Enactus World Cup Exposition – Washington DC, USA – 2012, and Participant Enactus world cup Exposition in Mexico 2013 and the UN Social Good Summit in 2013. As the Chairman of the CSI Board of Directors, Mrs. Korang provides the leadership for strategy, partnerships and growth of the social enterprise to achieve its mission of empowering people to become change makers.
