Shaibu Fuseini is CSI Ghana Young Social Innovators-YSI Coordinator for basic schools with three years of social innovation and integrated community development experience. As a young professional, he developed an early interest in design thinking and different approaches to problem solving, hence enrolled at the Wa campus of the University for Development Studies-UDS and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Community Development Studies to empower himself to understand the challenges his community faces and how to address them. A
fter School in 2012, Shaibu established a chicken litre for sustainable farming business to address the challenges of farmer access to organic fertilizer to improve crop yield and address sustainability challenges. Shaibu is passionate about development in Ghana and Africa and thus has set his eyes towards empowering the next generation of change makers for the continent by making use of CSI Ghana YSI programs. Away from his core duties at CSIGhana, Shaibu blogs about development and is a part-time photographer.
