Freda Adu Amankwah

Programs and Communications Officer

Freda Adu Amankwah is a dynamic professional specialising in ICT for Development (ICT4D), digital product development, and social innovation. With a passion for leveraging technology to drive inclusive development, she collaborates with diverse stakeholders to create scalable, tech-driven solutions that address social challenges and promote sustainable progress.

She currently serves as a programme officer at the Centre for Social Innovations (CSI) in Ghana, where she develops and manages innovation programs, fosters partnerships, and provides UX/UI technical support for digital financial inclusion projects in collaboration with GFA Consulting Ghana and GIZ DTEG. Her previous role as a Project Associate at CSI saw her designing incubation programs, leading community innovation initiatives, and mentoring international scholars in design thinking.

Freda’s expertise spans project management, stakeholder engagement, UX/UI design, and entrepreneurship development. She holds a BSc in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the Appiah Menkah University for Skills Training and Entrepreneurial Development.
