Yaw Adu-Gyamfi
Yaw serves as the co-founder and Executive Director for CSI Ghana. Additionally, he is an innovation ecosystem enabler, digital transformation strategist, and policy researcher with extensive experience in startup incubation, technology adoption, and entrepreneurship development. As the Chairperson of Ghana Hubs Network, he leads over 75 innovation and technology hubs, driving digital inclusion, policy advocacy, and startup acceleration across Ghana.
Yaw has worked with the government, academia, and the private sector to strengthen Ghana’s digital economy and innovation landscape. He has played a key role in shaping Ghana’s Startup and Innovation Bill, developing UX/UI solutions for financial inclusion, and expanding digital innovation programs nationwide.
With a strong background in education technologies, social entrepreneurship, and sustainable development, Yaw has led policy research, capacity-building initiatives, and community-driven innovation programs with organisations like UNDP Ghana, GIZ, Ashesi University, and World Vision International.
He holds a Master’s in Governance & Sustainable Development from the University of Cape Coast and is an IMF Youth Fellow, Atlas Corps Fellow, and OpenAIR Researcher. Passionate about leveraging technology for impact, Yaw continues to champion inclusive innovation, startup ecosystem growth, and digital transformation in Africa.
